The Clerk of the Course’s decision will be final.
Where appropriate – witnesses will be called.
Time Keeper will be Judge of Fact regarding starts and finishes. The Starter will be a Judge of Fact for starts only.
Driving in a manner not deemed to be safe, acceptable, or in the spirit of the sport may result in a ban, with the competitor required to appear in front of the organisers.
The Clerk can exclude a driver from the heat/final or the meeting.
Should the Clerk consider further action required, this will be reported to the Committee. The driver will be notified within 7 days of the action taken and will then have 7 days to appeal in writing.
Conduct
Officials are volunteers – please remember the meetings cannot run without them, so please show them respect.
Foul or abusive language, physical violence, threats, or intentional damage to property may result in a ban. The competitor may be required to appear in front of the organisers.
All kart clubs will be informed of anyone in breach of the Respect in Racing Code.
Dishonoured payments must be made good, including any charges incurred, before the following meeting. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry to future meetings and notification to local clubs.
