Starts are to be 2×2 formations rolling start, with a slow speed for all karts (except Bambino and Honda 200 – standing starts).
If a driver loses their position on the rolling lap, they may regain their place before the yellow flag at post 5.
All race starts will be as per the Motorsport UK Year Book. The Clerk of the Course may change any start to a standing start if necessary. All penalties regarding starts will be as per the Motorsport UK Year Book.
All drivers must obey mechanical flags given within 2 laps. The driver and one mechanic can carry out the repair and return to the race at the discretion of the Scrutineer.
Failure to return to Parc Ferme will result in an exclusion from that race.
